Closing Statement from Naz Dossa
The Worker Protection Act represents a turning point for workplace safety and culture. Employers now have a legal duty to take sexual harassment seriously, not only to respond to it, but to actively prevent it.
At Peoplesafe, we believe this shift is long overdue. Every worker has the right to feel safe, supported and respected, wherever work takes them. The duty to prevent harm should never be a grey area.
It’s now time for organisations to step up and take meaningful action to protect their people, wherever and whenever they work.
