Required Information

Let's make this simple

1. Start with a first and last name for everyone.
2. At least one phone number for every person. You can give up to four.
3. If you want the person to have login access to Nexus and/or the Peoplesafe App- add their email address. To save a profile for an Admin, Manager or Escalation Contact, you must have these first three pieces of information. 4. Users must also have their sex assigned at birth* saved and activated to have a device and/or app assigned.

*We use this for medical purposes and a preferred title can be selected for Alarm Controllers to correctly address the User.

We only need the basics for Admins, Managers & Escalation Contacts.

App & Device Users

With only the required fields entered.

Users should always have more than just the required information.
Providing the bare minimum for users will present minimal information in an emergency. Read more about the purpose of the rest of the data we request in the next chapter. *Importing App users will automatically send them Peoplesafe access and an app subscription to install a Peoplesafe App, then log in. If you add an app user on Nexus manually, you must still assign the app.
