Here is how we use the information so you know if you should ask Users to share this with us.
First Name, Last Name and title allow us to identify the User on the alarm when communicating with them or others
Job title, role, sector and risk information provide information about the work being undertaken and the potential risks the User might encounter.
Multiple contact numbers and an email address provide controllers with more ways to communicate with the User during an ongoing alarm.
Home & work addresses provide personalised points of reference to compare GPS locations to
User's date of birth, sex and medical conditions can be life saving if given to emergency services as early as possible so they can determine the best course of action
Physical description, ethnicity and vehicle information can identify the user to emergency support quickly when in a crowd or car
You can enter this information into the import sheet, add it directly to the profile or provide portal access for the user to enter it themselves.
We request data in specific formats, using generic terms to ensure that User profiles are easy to read and can be quickly understood by Alarm Controllers.
