Ways to share devices between multiple people

Fixed Panic Alarm: Location

Create a generic shared profile with contact numbers that relate to the specific location.

The device should be left switched on, whilst on charge at a central location. All staff at the location should know where the device is and how to raise an SOS alarm.

Fixed Panic Alarm: Vehicle

Create a generic shared user profile, making sure the vehicle information is filled in correctly.

When a new driver takes over the vehicle each day, they must leave a voice memo with their name and contact number so that the Alarm Controller knows who is driving.

Multiple Roaming Users

Create individual profiles and have a Manager reallocate the device on Nexus OR create a generic shared user profile and have the user leave a voice memo with their name and contact number each time.
