We meticulously and continuously monitor, and review alarms using our extensive experience over the past 20 years in the personal safety industry. Our Alarm Controllers handle multiple high-intensity incidents daily and will always prioritise your employee’s safety above all else, following our best practice processes.
You have the opportunity to build on our best practice. I personally recommend that special instructions are reserved for high-risk employees only. We encourage the use of alarm closure passwords and duress phrases; these can easily be incorporated into a crisis response.
Any special instructions you may choose to add need to be simple and to the point. Avoid lengthy information to help our team respond quickly in emergency situations.
