Will reports still be set up for us?
No, reports on Nexus display data differently to those available on the Alertcom portal previously. They have not been set up for you so that you can fully benefit from the new data available. Reports can be scheduled on Nexus once you have identified the data you want to receive. The training will help you decide.

My report shows people haven't used their device?
If IDX or T4 device users use the any button on their device they will appear on the reports available on Nexus.
If devices are switched on but have not had any timed activities or alarms raised, they will only send a signal up to every 24 hours.
Reports for the current day may not include all devices if they have not yet communicated, but reports from the day before will be accurate.
