Peoplesafe's Customer Support team is available Monday to Friday from 8 am to 6:30 pm, contactable by phone, email, live chat, or text. Out of hours, the Peoplesafe Online Help Centre gives you 24/7 access to user guides, flyers, videos, training, and guidance, our Helpcentre is easily accessible through the Peoplesafe Portal or the Peoplesafe website.

All users should complete the eLearning courses and watch our training videos to fully understand how to use the Peoplesafe products and services.
Download, print and display the how to guides in regularly visited areas, such as a communal kitchen, as a quick and simple reminder for your employees.
There are detailed user guides available too, which provide more in depth guidance.
It is recommend that everyone completes some training and eLearning is perfect for those who may be too busy to fit a live session into their schedule.

There are tailored eLearning modules available for all the Peoplesafe products available in the Help Centre. The Help Centre contains video and on-screen content, followed by summaries and short questions which can be completed in less than 15 minutes.
Every device is shipped with a QR code card in the box that provides an easy way access to eLearning for the specific product purchased.
When an App is registered, an email is sent including a link and a QR code to the Peoplesafe App eLearning module, along with the user’s login details.
Live training is available through online webinars and/or onsite face-to-face sessions. Our Trainers are experts in all things Peoplesafe from our Customer Success and Customer Care teams.

Live Training sessions consist of a presentation, product demonstrations and time for Q&A. Live Training is tailored to your different group’s needs to ensure the sessions are interactive and engaging. Peoplesafe is easy to use, and the Live Training sessions are designed to support your user's learning, no matter how you use our service.
The trainers will speak with you to understand how you would like to use the Peoplesafe Portal and guide you through the features that will benefit your central team. We will cover the basic setup, as well as usage reporting and viewing incident reports.
Your team managers are your internal advocates for the Peoplesafe service. Managers need to fully understand Peoplesafe and how we work together to protect their staff. Managers will go through the basics of the product, FAQs, how alarms work and how they will help as an escalation contact, including a tour of the Portal.
Every product feature is covered including how, when, and why to use it. The Product Training will also go over the alarm process and best practices in emergency scenarios. Your users will learn how to keep things simple to ensure that daily usage is maintained.
Train the trainer sessions are offered, where your trainers will learn how to deliver the Peoplesafe training content, providing tips and FAQs that may come up. All training materials are included to give your trainers everything they need.
