Once you are set up, how to keep up to date
The Peoplesafe Portal has multiple reports available to check if devices are switched on, apps are active or if features have been used during any set period.

Reports can be scheduled at daily, weekly or monthly intervals. These reports can be set up to email an excel document to as many recipients as needed. This is recommended to allow managers to quickly check activity of their teams, so action can be taken to ensure their staff are protected by their personal safety device or application.

As people change their personal information or move into different roles or leave your business, it is important to keep our Peoplesafe Portal updated with the new information and/or removing the old information.

App licences are allocated when linked to a user on the Peoplesafe Portal. To reallocate a licence, remove the app from the users phone and delink the app from the user profile on the Portal, then remove it.
Once the old app licence is removed, just email the new user their appliication set up information through the settings cog on the existing user page.
