Methodology
This report seeks to analyse the safety perception, attitudes and experiences of lone workers in the UK’s workforce.
In July 2025, we canvassed 1327 full-time workers who work without direct supervision or work without a colleague nearby for at least one hour during the working week.
The survey invited respondents to share more information about certain experiences, and we have used these quotes anonymously throughout this report to add further insight.
