Sending a Message
Send a message through your OK Alone app to provide ore information on an location, situation or alert.
Speak directly to your monitor through the OK Alone message feature
This feature allows you to provide your monitors with more information about a location, situation or event in case they receive an alert from you. It can be used to quickly inform them about a change of route or schedule, an update on your location prior to going into a low signal area or when visiting a risky area, asking them to keep an eye out fro you. Any information that can help them, help you!
Open the menu and select “Send Message”
Type out any information that you want your monitor to know, and simply hit “Send Message”
You can use this feature to give your monitor key information such as where you are in a particular part of a building or even to record key details relating to a specific shift.
