The OK Alone Help Alert is a built-in emergency feature that allows you to instantly send a distress signal when you feel unsafe, threatened, or are in immediate danger. This rapid alert system ensures help can be dispatched without delay, even when seconds matter most.
To trigger the alert simply tap and hold down on the “Help” button.
The alert is instantly delivered to your monitor via phone call, Whatsapp, SMS, and/or email.
Your monitor will try to contact you and if unsuccessful will respond according to your company escalation procedure, dispatching emergency services if necessary.
Once you have confirmed your safety either you or your monitor can check your device back into the shift.
