Shake for Help is a fast way to raise an alert if you are unable to open your phone and hold down the Help button. If you are ever in an emergency situation where you do not have time to react or think clearly, you can instantly shake your phone and your monitor will be notified that you may be in trouble.
Select Shake for Help from the menu.
On the top bar, select “Shake for Help On" to activate it on your device. This feature will only be active once you have Checked in to a shift
When you shake your device whilst on a shift, a 15 second countdown will begin as a grace period in case it was an accident.
Once that 15 second countdown ends, an alert will be raised to your monitor, who will attempt to contact you. If unsuccessful, they will follow your company escalation procedure.
