Timed Activity is a flexible feature within the OK Alone app that allows you to set a safety timer for high-risk tasks. Whether lifting heavy items, entering a risky area, or working in a confined space, workers can start a countdown that will trigger an alert if they don’t confirm completion of the task.
Open the menu and select Timed Activity. You can then name your activity and choose its length or an end time.
A countdown timer will then run in the background of your task and prompt you to check in when time runs out.
If the countdown reaches zero without any confiration that you are okay, a grace period will begin.
If that grace period expires, an alert will automatically be raised to your monitor.
At any point you can either complete your activity to stop the timer or extend your activity to lengthen it.
