Activates automatically when you have no data or Wi-Fi, allowing you to check in via SMS or a phone call.
Supporting Workers Beyond Signal Range
Low Signal Mode+ ensures that you can still check-in and stay safe when outside mobile data or Wi-Fi coverage. When no internet connection is detected, the OK Alone app automatically switches to offline mode and will guide you to complete check-in via SMS or phone call.
When you have low or no signal, your OK Alone app will let you know that your prompt has failed. You will be given 3 options: “Try again”; “Send SMS" or “Make Phonecall”.
If you choose the SMS option, the message will be automatically created and you simply need to hit send to update your status.
The Phonecall option will place a call to our automatic status line, where your update is registered.
Once you have completed either of these steps, return to the app and tap the manual update button to confirm you have performed the update.
