See how easy it is to send a message to your entire organisation or specific groups using Peoplesafe Alert.

All users will be uploaded to the Peoplesafe Alert portal. These are all the people in your organisation who need to receive the messages being sent from the platform.
Users can be added in bulk via an upload sheet, or individually. Alternatively, your Peoplesafe Alert account can include an API integration for HR platforms or be linked to Active Directory to seamlessly sync user information.
Onboarding users to have access to the app is an extremely simple process. They will receive a text message with a link directly to their app store. They just need to verify their phone number. Nothing else.
Segment users into different groups.
Groups make it easier and quicker to send messages to the right people.
You might choose to have groups based on:
Location (e.g. country, region or city)
Department (e.g. IT, sales, HR)
Job role (e.g. engineers, district nurse)
Here are some useful groups to consider:
A group of everyone that needs to be notified when an incident is happening in the business.
In a medical emergency, getting trained people to the incident can be crucial in getting a good outcome.
Send proactive messages reminding staff how to be safe when working alone.
Message templates offer speed and uniformity to sending emergency communications.
Whenever an incident happens, you can get a message out within 60 seconds.
Templates can include images and hyperlinks.
Templates that you might consider:
Building evacuation
Weather advisory
Incident update
The message builder is 1 page. There's nothing complicated about sending a notification to your staff.
