Our Alarm Controllers have access to over 1,000 security teams across the UK and if required, can dispatch security personnel. This network of backup responders adds peace of mind to your employees when a blue light response or escalation contact is unavailable.
We work with your team to create a network of dedicated escalation contacts for when an internal response is required. This will be used to confirm an employee's welfare in low-risk scenarios, or in instances where we cannot reach the employee but can hear that everything is ok.
