Make sure you include information on who employees can contact if they have concerns about their personal safety. This should include the name and contact details for external agencies, charities or a union.

Provide a clear link or QR code in your policy to the Peoplesafe Helpcentre so that your employees can self-serve using FAQs, guides and videos for their own education.

Peoplesafe Customer Support

Include contact details for Peoplesafe Customer Support and guidance on when to contact them, for example for replacement devices.
