Setting up a Nexus account

You will receive an automated email with the subject line: ‘Welcome to Peoplesafe!’. You will need to:

Log into Nexus, nexus.peoplesafe.co.uk with your email address as username (refer to your Welcome email).
Create a secure password.

If you cannot locate this Welcome email in your inbox (or junk), you can reset your password using the Forgot password link.

IMPORTANT:
Your email and password are your login credentials to the Peoplesafe app.

DOWNLOAD THE APP

If the Peoplesafe app has not already been installed on your phone by your company, then you can download it using the App Store links below:

Open the app and follow the onscreen instructions and prompts to allow permissions.

These permissions are essential to ensure you get the most out of our app and unlock its full features. Please allow permissions for the app to function correctly.

Permissions include:

Send your GPS locations
Send notifications with the permission to make calls
Background activity to run the app continuously (Android)
Use the microphone and speaker

The Peoplesafe app requires a minimum support for iOS 15 and Android 8, ensuring compatibility with the latest advancements in mobile phone technology.

LOG IN TO THE APP USING EMAIL

Enter the email address and password for Nexus to log into the app.

Click the Next button.

A verification code will be sent to you by text to complete the process.

Tap ‘Forgot Password’ if you need to reset your password.
