APPLE WATCH

Transform your Apple Watch* into a personal SOS Alarm using the Peoplesafe Pro app.

The Pro app is the first all-employee professional SOS safety app available on the Apple Watch to quickly and easily call for help without the need to access your iPhone.

* Compatible with Apple Watch Series 8 and WatchOS 9 or later.

INSTALLING PEOPLESAFE ON APPLE WATCH
The app will automatically appear on your Apple Watch if it's compatible. If not, open the Apple Watch app on your iPhone and tap "install" to add the Peoplesafe app.

That's it! The app should now be available on your Apple Watch home screen.

PRO APP COMPLICATIONS
Obtain quick access to the Peoplesafe app by setting up complications. Use your iPhone's Watch App settings to configure the Peoplesafe complications on your watch face.

You can setup two face complications on your watch:

SOS alarm - will take you straight to SOS alarm page
Timed Activity - a shortcut to the Timed Activity page

SOS ALARM
There are two ways to raise an alarm in the event of an emergency:
1. The SOS alarm button must be held for at least 3 seconds or
2. Tap the button 3 times

When an alarm is raised, the watch will automatically initiate a phone call to the ARC. The application will also acquire an up-to-date GPS location - or most recently stored location - and send the information to Peoplesafe so you can be located.

TIMED ACTIVITY
Designed to enhance your safety, the Timed Activity feature allows you to set a one-time timer for specific tasks.

If you're unable to cancel or extend the timer, an alert will be triggered, and the ARC can dispatch immediate assistance based on the nature of the task.

To create a Timed Activity, follow the steps shown in the image. For more details, tap here.

WELFARE CHECK
As an option, a Welfare Check can be set, where the app prompts you to acknowledge you're still safe during timed intervals of the activity.

_Remember_{to cancel or extend the activity, otherwise when the timer expires the activity}_{Overrun Process}_{will start.}

PRO APP FUNCTIONS

CHECK IN
At the start of your working day or before commencing a task you can use Check In / Out feature to show that you have started or ended your working day safely. Using Check In / Out will send a location update to Nexus.

MANUAL POSITION
Require an up-to-date GPS location to be able to send emergency services to you. Perform a Manual Position before entering a building.

VOICE MEMO
Leave a voice memo with useful information about the upcoming activity.

PRO APP - FALL DETECTION

FALL DETECTION SETUP
Requires the latest Version 1.2.3 + provides Watch Fall Detection integration. On Peoplesafe Watch App go to:

FALL DETECTION
The fall detection add on provides a hands-free alarm. If your Apple Watch detects a hard fall, it will:

1. Tap your wrist

2. Sound an alarm

3. Call emergency services

4. Send an alert to the Peoplesafe Alarm Receiving Center.

Our team will respond promptly to confirm your safety or dispatch emergency responders if needed.

BODY WORN CAMERA

The Pro app seamlessly integrates with our Body Worn Camera (BWC), enabling immediate emergency response.

When you raise an alarm using the app, it will automatically trigger an emergency alert and start recording on the BWC.

BODY WORN CAMERA SET UP

Email Reveal at helpdesk@revealmedia.com to request Standalone DEMS 360 Software. Download the software on to your computer.

Configure the D5 Camera select the image of the guide.

Charge the BWC for 4 hours or until fully charged.

Book out the camera on the DEMS360 uploader app.

SMART BUTTON

The Smart Button is a Bluetooth accessory that offers complete discretion for raising an alarm.

By pairing the Smart Button with the Peoplesafe app, you can trigger an alert without needing to touch your phone.

Smart Button Battery
The Smart Button uses a CR2032 battery, which is easily replaceable.

To replace the battery:
1. Unscrew: Hold the bottom part of the button still and rotate the top part counterclockwise to loosen it.
2. Replace: Remove the old battery and insert a new CR2032 battery.
3. Reassemble: Reattach the top part by rotating it clockwise until it's securely fastened.
