Fall Detection

Raise an alarm without pressing a button

Our patented fall detection feature uses three factors that mimic a falling motion to raise an alarm:

A fall from a height,
A period of non-movement and,
A change in orientation.

When all three factors have been detected, the device or smartphone will vibrate to tell the user that an alarm is being raised.

Travelsafe

Travel safe. Whenever. Wherever.

Simply set a destination and method of travel and a timed alarm is set for their estimated arrival. Our ARC team will be on hand to ensure they get there safely.

Welfare checks throughout the journey ensure they’re safe. If a ‘no’ response is received, or they continuously fail to respond, an SOS alarm is immediately raised to the ARC.

Delayed journey? Users will be prompted to extend the timer (if safe to do so). Once they arrive safely, the app uses their location to automatically close the timer, reducing false alarms and creating a useful report for managers.

Get 24/7 emergency help for your employees in over 40 countries across Europe as well as USA, Canada, Mexico, Australia and New Zealand.

Alarms are picked up by our global partners within 15 seconds. It takes less than 3 minutes from an alarm being received by the Peoplesafe control centre to information being given to the control centre in the country of incident.

Global Response

Worldwide protection service

Global Response is an international escalation service providing added protection and peace of mind for your staff travelling or working overseas.

Our UK-based ARC Controllers will contact and identify the user, confirm their location and follow the pre-determined international escalation policy. The alarm will not be closed until the user has confirmed their safety.

Voice Memo

A voicemail-style recording that can be accessed by the ARC Controller when an alarm is raised. It is recommended to leave any risk and location information (e.g. entering flat 16 on the fourth floor)

Timed Activity

The user records a voice message detailing their location and risks with the added protection of a timer that is held server-side (not on the device), so it is counting down even in areas of no signal. At the end of the timer automated calls will check on the user and if unanswered, an alarm will be raised.

Test Call

Check that the device's microphone and speaker are working as expected and that it is connected to the correct user profile on the Peoplesafe Portal. This can be used any time, and is recommended to be performed once a month.

Additional Features

15 Minute Tracking

Ensure that GPS is updated every 15 minutes to provide the ARC Controller with the most accurate position in the event of an alarm.

Check In/Out

With this feature users can check in at the beginning of the day and check out when they have safely finished. Managers can view this information on the Peoplesafe Portal.

Welfare Check

Can be added to timed activities on the Peoplesafe Pro App that will ask workers to confirm they are ok during an activity at set intervals. If they don't confirm 'yes' in 5 minutes an automated call will be made. If the call is unanswered or they select 'no', an alarm will be raised.
