THE DASHBOARD & MANAGEMENT REPORT

The Dashboard and the Management Report surface the same data with different time factors. The Dashboard shows a live status whereas the Management Report can be run for a specific date.

#2 Filter by Team or Group

The Dashboard allows you to select specific teams or reporting groups if you are an Administrator or a Manager with multiple teams assigned to you. The Dashboard cannot be exported or scheduled, but the Management Report can.

Tip: Click on the sections of the dashboard to open a more detailed report.

TERMINOLOGY AND METRICS

People

A count of all profiles within your account regardless of role. The sum of all users, Managers, Admins & Escalation Contacts.

User Summary

This is the count of all people with the user role applied to their profile broken down by status. All users should be activated, otherwise they are not protected.

Incomplete vs Activated Users

Incomplete profiles need more information added. Activated users have at least the minimum required profile data to assign a product.

Protected Users

Protected users have products assigned to their profiles. Their profiles have been activated by filling in the minimum required information.

Product Summary

The count of all products, no matter the type, allocated to your account and how many are currently available for use or assigned to users.

Alarms

A summary of all alarms no matter the trigger or type. The trigger is how the alarm is raised. Type is how the controller classified the alarm. An Incident refers to an alarm that contained an emergency.

Active User

A user who is protected by having a product assigned and has recorded activity. This activity could be the device being switched on and updating to Nexus, or manual use of features.

Average Features Used

This is calculated by the count of each feature divided by active users and is used to show a summary of feature activity within your account.

Average Days Used

This is calculated by taking the average of the active days for active users. Check this using the usage report. Our best-protected clients see this reaching close to 20 days each month.

Usage

The number of protected users who are are active users. Calculation: Active Users/ Protected Users = Usage %

Clients with the best protection consistently have usage above 75%.
