User Status Report
Check the live status of users within your team, group or account. Use the report filters to display the status of users you specifically want to view. Select the filters you require then click the Apply button to update report.
Enter a user's name in the search box to view a single user.
Use the team and reporting groups drop-down to select specific teams or groups user's status. This is useful for Admins, and Managers of groups or multiple teams.
Select a specific device type to view the status of users with this specific product. This is useful to clients with multiple product types to understand status by type.
Filter by opened or closed alarms to see the status of users who have raised alarms within the past 24 hours.
If your users have the check in/out feature, filter by checked to see who is currently checked in or out.
This allows you to filter the report by the status of timed activities. Running activities are currently open,
This will tell you if the user is active, inactive, or archived. This allows you to view only active users to view their status to address non-usage.
The report will always generate for right now but you can select a specific date and time to view user's status for that period.
Summaries will show at the top of the report as counts of user's status within the table.
Alarms, Users Protected and Active Users summaries will display the count of each based on the past 24 hours.
Check-in/out and Activities will count the total users in this status at the time the report is generated.
Detail in the table will show the status broken into 3 main categories: Check in/out, Timed Activities, and Alarms. This aims to show you who is working, who is completing high-risk activity, and who is currently in an emergency.
Checked in/out will show the last known status of the user as in or out.
Last check-in/out will provide the date and time of the most recent check-in/out.
A user's Check-in status shows you who has registered they are working for the day and using their personal safety product. Run this report to see who has started or finished their day.
Activity indicates the status of their current or most recent timed activity.
Activity duration totals the time the user set in minutes.
Last Update will show the date and time the status of their activity was updated.
If an activity is running - add the activity duration to the last update time to see when the activity is due to end.
Alarm will show the status of the alarm as opened or closed.
Last Alarm Update will show the time the status was updated.
Run the alarms report to obtain more information when the alarm is closed. You can access the detail of the alarm as well as the type, trigger and duration of the alarm.
We recommend checking this report at the beginning and end of each day if your staff use the Check-in/out feature or Timed Activity feature daily.
You can use the filters to show you inactive users to ensure staff are using their personal safety products as instructed.
At the end of the day, check the report to ensure that the activity is cancelled or users are checked out when they stop working.
