USAGE REPORT

How to use our client's most loved report to understand how your employees are protected by Peoplesafe. If you have a high quantity of people in your Nexus account, we recommend filtering by groups, teams or shorter date ranges for better reporting performance.

01 Usage %

Are devices switched on and apps available for use? The usage percentage shows you how many of your protected employees have any recorded activity during the date range applied.

Usage should be upwards of 75% monthly.

02 Active Days

During the date range applied, how many days has each user had their device switched on or their app active. An average across the users selected for the report will appear for summary. While your expectations may be different, we recommend Peoplesafe is used daily to ensure people are protected.

Active Days should be close to 20 days a month.

03 Feature Usage

Use of features will depend on the risk level of your employees. We recommend that high-risk employees use features regularly throughout the day and all users utilise features for high-risk tasks. Feature use will show you how the user interacts with safety features during the time range set.

Features should be used depending on risk level.

USAGE REPORT FILTERS

This is our most popular report to display how Peoplesafe is used by employees at risk. Check the usage percentage, feature usage and active days for users. Select the filters you require then click the Apply button to update report.

01 Search for user's names

Enter a user's name in the search box to view a single user.

02 Team/Reporting Group

Use the team and reporting groups drop-down to select specific teams' or groups' usage. This is useful for Admins, and Managers of groups or multiple teams.

03 Device Type

Select a specific device type to view the usage of users with this specific product. This is useful to clients with multiple product types to understand usage by type.

04 Active Usage

Filter by active or inactive users to see users with usage or users who have not used their product during the date range applied.

Date Range

The report will automatically show today. Use the dropdown menu to select a specific date range.

Date/Time

Set a specific date from/to for a specified period.

SCHEDULING THE USAGE REPORT

Check users are active and are using their features according to their risk level.

Our recommendations are based on our client's use of the usage report.

Inactive Users

Schedule this report daily to check that staff have their device switched on or app open and in use whilst working. We recommend this for high-risk teams.

Choose the filter for active usage as ‘inactive’ and set the report to be sent daily, mid-morning and contact employees who are inactive to make sure they are working and protected by Peoplesafe.

Active Usage

We recommend this for all Managers. Schedule a usage report weekly or monthly to check that employees have had their product active for the days expected and are using their safety features as recommended.

Address discrepancies with staff members to ensure they are using Peoplesafe to protect themselves whilst working.
