ACTIVITY REPORT

A comprehensive report that will show line-by-line, the actions taken by users.

If the management or usage report highlights something you want to investigate further, use this report to get a clearer picture of the activity in chronological order.

#1 Specific Users

Look at a specific person's activity over a time period to monitor their interaction with the service, if they are reporting inactivity or there are errors with their service.

#2 Specific Actions

Understand what times of the day specific actions are taken to boost the protection of employees.

ACTIVITY REPORT FILTERS

Check the actions taken by users within your team, group or account. Use the report filters to display the actions and timeframe you specifically want to view. This report provides detailed activity with timestamps, so we recommend running this for shorter time periods or specific teams or people for better performance.

Select the filters you require then click the Apply button to update the report.

01 Search for Users' names

Enter a user's name in the search box to view a single user.

02 Team/Reporting Group

Use the team and reporting groups drop-down to select specific teams or groups user's status. This is useful to Admins or Managers of groups or multiple teams.

03 Device Type

Select a specific device type to view the actions taken with this specific device.

04 Action

Filter by action type to see the time and date that actions of this type were completed by the users selected.

05 App Subscription

Select a specific subscription type to view the actions taken with this specific app.

06 Date Range

This allows you to select a generic time range. We recommend shorter periods for fastest results.

07 Date/Time

The report will always generate for right now but you can select a specific date and time to view actions for that period.

08 Tracking

Tracking is an automated action, so as standard the report will exclude automatic positions but tick this box to include these events.
