The Migration Process

When we start your account migration, we will email you. Changes made after this point won't be migrated.

Our team will receive and review your profiles, products and response plans.

Once reviewed, our team will reformat the data to be imported into Nexus.

All profiles will be imported into your account.

We will re-create your groups and create new teams to accommodate escalation plans.

Once checked, access will be sent to admins, managers and app users.

We will need your help in communicating this to your employees and upgrading your products to Nexus.
