Our Helpcentre hosts content in multiple formats, whether it's a video, walkthrough or guide. Articles are updated regularly and provide training for Administrators, Team Managers and Escalation Contacts as well as users.

Personal Safety Welcome Pack

Users will be provided with access to the Personal Safety Welcome Pack which takes them through how to try to avoid dangerous situation and how to raise alarms during incidents. The pack also contains eLearning, videos and guides for their device or app. eLearning will send an email confirmation to Managers when successfully completed.
