We provide a round the clock response service from our ARC that is accredited to the highest possible standards and staffed by expertly trained Controllers who are experienced in dealing with personal safety emergencies.
It really is a lifesaver. After getting pains in my chest, neck and jaw I realised that something wasn't right. I pressed the SOS button on my lone worker alarm. Within minutes I had the Assistant Manager at my side. Within an hour I had 2 stents fitted and was up in a hospital ward mending.

An average of just under 2 incidents a day where emergency services and escalation contacts are required to respond to alarms being raised.
Staff - particularly in public-facing roles - are being forced to deal with increasingly aggressive customers and service users, particularly post-lockdown.
There are around 740,000 service users across Europe meaning that over 120,000 of them have experienced an incident where they needed a personal safety service.
Since the pandemic, the number of people working from home has more than doubled. Health and safety legislation has not had the time to catch up to ensure the welfare of home workers.
