Our state-of-the-art ARC is at the heart of the personal safety service we provide and is dedicated to protecting people 24/7/365.

We can provide the highest levels of service quality because we have complete ownership of our end-to-end service offering. Additionally, since we do not utilise third parties, sensitive information is not transferred or shared – ensuring data is always secure.

The ARC never stops operating. In the unlikely event that the ARC is compromised, we have two alternative secure locations that can be operational within minutes, guaranteeing service continuity.

ARC: THE PROCESS

On receipt of a SOS alert, the Controller will be served with the user’s profile as well as enhanced location data - within 5m² - thanks to the integration with What3Words technology.

When assessing an alarm, the Controller will choose to respond in one of three ways based on the information and audio presented:

BLUE LIGHT RESPONSE

When the Controller feels there is a threat to life they will use a Unique Reference Number (URN) - which we hold for UK police constabularies - to issue a level 1 response. In less serious situations, the Controller is still able to mobilise an emergency response.

NATIONAL RESPONSE SERVICE

Our Controllers have access to over 1,000 accredited security teams across the UK. This network of backup responders adds peace of mind when a blue light response or escalation contact is unavailable.

INTERNAL RESPONSE

We require a network of dedicated escalation contacts for when an internal response is required. This will be used to confirm an employee's welfare in low-risk scenarios; in instances where we cannot reach the employee but can hear that everything is ok; or in false alarms.
